Only because there's some really good suggestions here.....
SB Nation's Michigan site is Maize N Brew - might as well start getting used to the Big Ten sites, if you haven't already.
This report from KCTV has a lot of information in it. How much of it is true, well, who really knows? Here's what we got: - Texas and Texas A&M to the Big Ten - Oklahoma petitioning to join the SEC - Oklahoma State to the Pac-10 - SEC offering invitations to Texas A&M and Virginia Tech The bottom line is that all hell is breaking loose in college football right now. At least Wisconsin is safe... or so we think.
Our buddies at the Ralphie Report, SB Nation's awesome Colorado blog, sit in on the Pac 10 teleconference and take some detailed notes. If you want to know what's officially going on, click on the link above.

So, much for there not being any interest in Texas to the Big 10. Now there is an email stating that Texas is interested in joining the Big 10. Ohio State University President E. Gordon Gee sent an e-mail to Big Ten Commissioner Jim Delany on April 20 saying that he had spoken with Texas President William Powers. "I did speak with Bill Powers at Texas, who would welcome a call to say they have a 'Tech' problem," Gee wrote in an e-mail that was among several obtained by The Dispatch through a public-records request for documents and correspondence related to Big Ten expansion proposals.
Big 12 will be holding their Spring meetings this week and ::gasp:: are putting the Big 10 expansion discussion at the top of the agenda! Even going as far as asking league members where they stand on the expansion and even investigating ways to entice members to stay. This is all unnecessary crazy talk!
Since scenarios are the theme of the month, here's a scenario involving what might happen were the Big 12 and Pac 10 to form an alliance that involved a conference championship.
