This makes complete sense. Texas A&M hasn't played a bowl in Florida since the 1978 Hall of Fame Bowl (now Outback), so it will be a new destination for fans. The team will also probably have the reigning Heisman Trophy winner running an exciting offense. It makes perfect sense from a bowl committee's perspective.
It also means that the SEC Championship Game loser will tumble down the bowl lineup if it can't finish third in the BCS ahead of Florida (which probably won't happen).
