Connor Shaw Will Not Start Today

Steve Spurrier has told ESPN that Connor Shaw will not start today against ECU. Shaw barely was able to lift his arm earlier this week, and he's been iffy on his chances of starting ever since. Spurrier appears to be playing it safe for now, but "won't start" doesn't necessarily mean "won't play" of course.
