You might not have ever visited our Minnesota Timberwolves blog, Canis Hoopus. But we are deeply saddened by the news today that Tim Allen, a manager at the site, has passed away.

SBN is not releasing many details about Tim's death today, though there will soon be more to say and details about where to send donations. Again, the intersection between our two fan bases was relatively limited, but everyone here at SBN is part of an extended family. So we offer our condolences to CN members, and encourage you to do the same thing if you're so inclined.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Tim Allen's family and friends, and his community. We know he will be deeply missed.
