What if college football had relegation?

The thing they call "football" outside America's borders isn't that popular around these parts, but you may have heard of a concept from the English league called "relegation". Spencer Hall did a good explanation here, but basically the worst teams in each division get demoted down a rung and the best get promoted upwards. The link here is for how relegation might have worked in college football since 2005. Ole Miss gets demoted to the Sun Belt during the Orgeron era, while Appalachian State gets a turn in the SEC during the time when in real life it won the I-AA title three years in a row. Check it out, it's pretty wild.
