South Carolina president Harris Pastides says he expects Texas A&M to be South Carolina's permanent football rival in the future. The change would allow border buddies Arkansas and Missouri to be permanent rivals in the future. It makes a lot of sense, but keep in mind Pastides announced last November that the SEC would go to a nine-game football schedule beginning this fall. We'll see if his intel is better this time around.
