Are the ESPN contracts with the Big XII and SEC holding up the deal?
This is an interesting legal perspective on ESPN's contracts with the Big XII-ish and the SEC, and how the inherent conflict of interest between the two could be causing the SEC to extend the process and attempt to jump through hoops to avoid being sued.
