SB Nation's CFB stat geek blog, Football Study Hall, has posted a list of the top 100 quarterbacks from last season in terms of interception rates. This is a comparison of the SEC QB's culled from that ranking.

Definitely have to take the percentage with a grain of salt.
For instance, Brantley’s 3.0% doesn’t sound all that bad, but then you realize he threw 9 TDs and 10 INTs. Right below him on the list is Oregon State’s Ryan Katz with a 3.1%, but he threw 18 TDs to 11 INTs.
Twice the Gators (and twice the...er...me) at a fraction of the price...The Bull Gator and Alligator Army.
and Bray...
would be right there with Masoli, but he was obviously a far superior QB last season.
Matt Simms didn’t throw many interceptions, but he rarely attempted anything resembling a difficult pass.
That’s where TD percentage would be a helpful number to pair with INT percentage.

FBSH has a lot of additional raw data
in the charts on his site. i don’t think he has TD percentage but you should be able to derive it pretty quickly.
