PBS's Frontline program is airing an episode tonight titled "Marketing Kiehl Frazier" dealing with the incredibly complex process of Frazier's recruitment. He is from Springdale, Arkansas but chose to sign with Auburn. AU offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn, as you'll remember, used to coach in Springdale. Included in it is the, um, let's just say controversial promoter Walt Williams, who collects up to $3,000 to promote high school students to colleges. Frazier was a client of his, as was Auburn's Michael Dyer. One wonders why players as well-known as Dyer and Frazier would need Williams' services, though.
