Suspect Arrested in Toomer's Oaks Poisoning

Police have arrested one Harvey Almorn Updyke from Dadeville, Alabama under suspicion of having poisoned the oaks at Toomer's Corner. "Al from Dadeville" is the Finebaum caller who claimed to have done it back on January 27. He faces charges of criminal mischief which carry a sentence of 1-10 years behind bars. Unfortunately, nothing about bringing this jerk to justice will save the trees.
