Around SBN: 2011 In Extreme Home Runs

The Florida coaching staff has said that Dustin Doe could return to the team when his legal issues (stemming from arrests for driving with a suspended license and driving without a valid license) were resolved. Consider them resolved, though he's not been fully reinstated yet.

For pleading no contest on both counts, Doe gets probation for a year, a fine of $622 in court fees, and three days of community service. Though he has yet to participate in preseason workouts, Doe can be expected to compete for the third linebacker spot next to locked-in-stone starters Brandon Spikes and Ryan Stamper. Doe started all of 2007 and off and on in 2008 when healthy.
