Florida ahead of Boise State: BSU's Oregon win is better than Florida's best win (LSU), but Florida still played a tougher schedule.

The Rest: I don't know, this is the best I could do. Under Oregon, the Pac-10 has five 8-4 teams all with various wins over each other. The Big 12 guys other than Texas have no impressive wins. Most Big Ten guys don't either. The distributed nature of this year's good teams means most folks didn't play that many good teams.
