K State jumps on the scoreboard early
They get a FG in their game against Nebraska
Nebraska – K State’s a pretty important game; actually the one I have on right now. Nebraska has a prayer of beating Texas because of the tremendous D (though not if their O runs the option like that), but K State? Not so much.
Yeah I have it on too
I tend to think that games that actually have something on the line other than win/loss recores should at least provide some excitement.
I'm switching back and forth between UGA-UK and the Pac-10 games
I’m not sure if I can stomach the Big XII North, but we’ll see
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
It’s… unsightly. I may find a Pac-10 game instead myself. (If I’m still awake, I’ll switch to UGA-Kentucky if the Cats are winning late. Hehe.)
Stanford already leading 14-0 against Cal via Gerhart
They’re back. If they had ever arrived to begin with
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
Georgia offense out
I mean, WR A.J. Green — this is an important point
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
If I were Rich Brooks, I would just give the ball to Randall Cobb and let him run the Wildcat / option / whatever...

I kindof thought going with Hartline early in the season was the wrong move...
But with him out…

Locke scores
Wille Martinez is going to be mugged if they give up 38 to Kentucky agian
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
Kentucky 6, Georgia 0 -- 10:09 1Q
Fumbled snap reminds us that this is still Kentucky
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
So what’s the no-star SEC coaching staff? Crowton as OC, Martinez as DC… who gets the nod as the boss?
After tonight my votes is with Miles
This is the second year in a row when he’s going to take a tremendously talented team and doing nothing tangible with it.
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
I say Martinez
I think the talent he has to work with is slightly better than the talent LSU has in offense.
Yeah, but they get an excuse
They’re coaching Vandy after all..
Go play intramurals, brotha!
I guess Dan Hawkins will be available this off-season if we want to go play intramurals.
I haven’t watched a Nebraska game this year (except a bit of that Thursday nighter when they had the mammoth rally against Mizzou or whoever) – is this their version of the option? Or is the QB supposed to run sideways until he gets tackled every time?
Texas is going to kill that poor dude, if Nebraska manages to win tonight.
What the?
Tallahassee is getting KU-Texas?!? What the %(O&^ is going on at ABC? I HATE HATE HATE regional coverage. I’m angry beyond words right now. This is stupid. Whoever made this decision should be fired. NOW.
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
I'm emailing the station here. I'm furious
The only time I’ve been this mad about TV is when I realized that SunSports decided to go with MMA here instead of the extra Rays games
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
It's the most talked story of the day
Even bigger than Weis’s now eminent firing, or Mangino’s deal
uga is awesome
and would you prefer coverage of him or more breast beating about the officiating?

An inbred ticking time-bomb of death to boot. See the fanpost:

I guess vandy is giving Tenn a tough time
according to RTT
"Why does bottled water have an expiration date?"
This is ridiculous. Why does anyone in eastern Tennessee — or Boston for that matter — care about Kansas-Texas? I guess we Southerners are just too ignorant to enjoy Pac-10 football.
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
The Augusta station is also broadcasting Kansas-Texas
So many Jayhawks fans in eastern Georgia, you know
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
Yeah
I’ll do that. But it just pisses me off that I have to watch on a computer with an average at best video card instead of on my television.
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
Arizone just fumbled into Oregons endzone, Oregon recovers for a touchback
Arizone was dominating, should be 7-7,
"Why does bottled water have an expiration date?"
I like the Switchfoot as the segue
But that’s probably just because I like Switchfoot. You have to admit that it’s better than the country stuff.
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
there was a snippet of The Farm's "Groovy Train"
at some point earlier today. which gave me a flashback or two.

Georgia runs the ball down to near the UK red zone
Penalty. Of course
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
Seeing as how the Sun Belt is the SEC’s little brother, I think it only fair to mention that Troy has clinched their fourth straight conference title (at worst, they’ll finish in a two-way tie with a team they beat – whoever wins the LaMo-MTSU game.)
Do you think the Sun Belt would trade us Troy for Vandy? I bet the other schools would vote ‘yes’ in a heart-beat.
South Eastern alabama about an hour north of the FL panhandle
Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may win.

I'm not sure Troy would defeat Vanderbilt five years of ten
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
It wouldn’t make much difference to the SEC, but the Sun Belt might welcome a chance to try out a new overlord and oppressor. (And I bet Vandy would find the big fish in a small pond lifestyle pretty fine, too…)
Yeah, but how would we make our academics numbers look better? ;)
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
Hmm, guess we have to keep Vandy after all… sorry Sun Belt, the relentless tyranny of Troy will continue a little longer.
UGA-UK in halftime
Zona gets a late touchdown to make it 14-7 in the second
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
Hit the AllState hands square in the middle
Maybe Florida should see if he’s interested in transferring
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
UK's 77...
yet UGA only leads by seven. Sounds like a few South Carolina games I’ve watched this year.

UT recovers the onside kick. Game's about over. Tough game from Vandy, though.

Don't look now
But UK has the ball with the score 27-20 late in the third

Who can show me the average gpa of the chess club?
Just raise your hand if you think you know the number.
UGA has serious problems with penalties...

No kidding. Hard to believe a team with this much talent is struggling with Kentucky.

This is an exciting game. If only Kentucky had made that XP earlier.

Can UK gain enough on the ground to keep field position and melt clock?
Team Speed Kills. All SEC, all the time.
There is nothing more stupid than the
“if that had worked out, we’d all be talking about how great a call it was” thing. A bad call is a bad call.
If I spent my entire life savings on lotto tickets, and somehow got lucky, would that make me smart? No, it would make me a lucky moron.
A rich lucky moron
for at least a few months.
I really would like to know if that's Ealey or Cox's fault.
It’s probably Ealey’s, but I can’t stand Joe Cox so it would please me greatly if it was him.

Anyone got a score prediction on UGA-GA Tech?
I’m going with 38-17 Tech. Might be even worse than that.

for a "meh" day of football
there have been some great games to have witnessed
