South Carolina will wear black and tan camouflage uniforms in their November 14 home game to honor combat veterans and to support the Wounded Warrior Project. Maryland will also wear camo as well, as this event was coordinated by the two schools' clothier of choice, Under Armour.

The Wednesday prior to that Saturday is Veterans Day, which explains the timing.
