There's the ballot. Ties broken: Virginia Tech-Miami-Boise, MIchigan-Central Michigan and Cal-BYU. Apparently, we were both very impressed with Oklahoma State and Cincinnati and, as one would expect, not so much with Nebraska. It's a grim day for the losers of the weekend, with six of them excised.

Beyond the W-L
How in the world can a two loss VT team be ranked in your Top Ten? In those two losses they were HANDLED. And in two of their wins they escaped. Well, they escaped against Nebraska and struggled with Duke. Duke…the basketball school, Duke. What is this blind eye that gets turned towards the Hokies because they suppossedly have a great defense? (Check again the stats in the two losses…not even good defense in those outings) And, no one will be betting on the VT offense in a game with more than 50 points scored.
So, what gives?
